Job summary

energyRe LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Director of Engineering in coordinating the design and technical development of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects. You will collaborate with utilities, EPC contractors, and internal teams, manage engineering deliverables, assist in design reviews, and help ensure compliance with project specifications, with travel about 10–20%.

This is an early-career role offering hands-on growth in electrical and civil engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Electrical) required.
• 1+ years of engineering or related experience in renewable energy or power generation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with design and technical development of renewable energy projects.
• Manage engineering deliverables and submittals with contractors.
• Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in field visits and project documentation.
