Job summary

EDP Renewables North America seeks a Project Development Coordinator to advance solar, wind and battery projects across North America, with emphasis on repowering wind assets within EDPR's portfolio. This role supports project teams by coordinating development activities and working with Legal, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement and Operations, as well as external landowners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified
• 0–2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or related industry
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, OneNote)
• Basic knowledge of Arc GIS preferred
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows between the development team and other departments (legal, accounting, engineering, procurement, operations)
• Research, organize and track project permitting requirements and support permit submittals
• Support landowner and community outreach efforts and events
• Obtain property owner agreements and related documents from the legal department
• Input landowner and project data into internal systems
• Develop and maintain internal training materials for development team
