• 0–2 years of project management experience in energy or related industry.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel.
• Analytical problem solving and communication skills required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of wind, solar, and battery storage projects from early-stage development through permitting.
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across a project portfolio.
• Engage with landowners and stakeholders in rural project areas.
• Assist with land agreements including leases, amendments and crossing agreements.
• Prepare bids and assist with contracts with power purchasers.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to support project execution.
