Responsibilities

• Support the development of wind, solar, and battery storage projects from early-stage development through permitting and into construction
• Advance projects through development stage-gates, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables across an active project portfolio
• Represent the Company in rural project areas by working with landowners, and other stakeholders
• Support the creation, negotiation, amendment, and administration of land agreements
• Process and track land acquisition documents and payments in internal systems
• Coordinate community outreach and stakeholder engagement activities
• Assist with the selection, contracting, and management of external consultants
• Create and compile documentation, studies, and support efforts to obtain project permits
• Create, update, and maintain project GIS maps, databases, schedules, and trackers
• Support efforts to secure and maintain compliance with transmission and interconnection agreements
• Coordinate inputs across internal teams to price projects for commercial offtake
• Support the preparation of bids and contracts with power purchasers
• Manage project meetings by developing agendas, capturing notes and tracking actions
• Conduct land, market, regulatory, and project-specific research
• Support internal reporting, portfolio tracking, and management updates
• Perform additional duties as required to support successful project execution and team objectives
