Job summary

MARS Energy Solutions is seeking a Buyer to support procurement for renewable energy projects across the United States. You will manage POs, coordinate with vendors and OEMs, and track deliveries to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include supplier relations, expense negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and logistics teams. This role emphasizes risk mitigation, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders for equipment and services.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, distributors, and project teams.
• Track deliveries, push for on-time delivery, and mitigate procurement risks.
• Support negotiations on pricing, terms, and warranties.
