Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and experience in renewable energy or construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and procurement contract knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple projects with stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare capital budgets, estimates, spend forecasts, and schedules from development through preconstruction.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, development, finance, and legal teams to align objectives.
• Evaluate EPC proposals and support contractor selection through bid evaluations.
• Lead negotiation and execution of EPC contracts aligned with milestones.
• Prepare recommendations to support project approvals and investment decisions.
• Identify and mitigate preconstruction risks in permitting, supply chain, labor, and scope changes.
