Responsibilities

• Develop capital budgets, estimates, and schedules across development and preconstruction.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, finance, procurement, and legal to align objectives.
• Evaluate EPC proposals and support contractor selection through bid processes.
• Lead EPC contract negotiations and align milestones with investment timelines.
• Identify and mitigate preconstruction risks including permitting, supply chain, and site conditions.
