Job summary

Vestas, a global wind energy leader, is seeking a Performance Manager in Portland to drive fleet reliability and operational excellence. You will serve as the primary technical liaison with customer engineering teams and lead cross-functional performance improvement programs.

You will collect and analyze data, define action plans, and coordinate investigations, corrective actions, and validations to deliver measurable results for multi-site wind assets and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Three+ years in renewable energy, utilities, or related operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement programs.
• Proven ability to work with customers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a fleet-wide performance improvement roadmap.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives by reliability and risk.
• Define objectives, milestones, and success metrics for improvement programs.
• Coordinate contributions from engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and digital teams.
• Collect, analyze, and present performance data and dashboards.
• Escalate and resolve constraints affecting performance and delivery.
