Job summary

Madison Energy Infrastructure seeks a Finance Analyst to support its Debt Finance function, coordinating due diligence across a renewable asset portfolio. You will manage data rooms, track lender requests, and move information from collection to funding, working with Development, Real Estate, Legal, Engineering, Construction, and Asset Management, plus surveyors, developers, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in environmental science, public policy, finance, or commercial transactions.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data rooms and due diligence tools; proficiency with AI platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive; able to work across functions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong record-keeping.
• Prior experience in finance, real estate, or transactional law is preferred; interest in renewable energy financing.

Responsibilities

• Due Diligence Management – Prepare, populate, and maintain due diligence checklists; track comments and responses to resolution.
• Data Room & Documentation – Organize, upload, and maintain documents with proper indexing and version control.
• Financing Deliverables – Prepare legal exhibits, certifications, schedules for debt financings.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise between Debt Finance and internal/external stakeholders, drive curative actions.
• Pipeline Tracking & Reporting – Monitor financing workstreams and produce status reports.
