Job summary

Pivot Energy is seeking an Associate, Project Finance in Denver to support financing of renewable projects. You will manage data rooms and diligence trackers, coordinating deliverables with internal teams and external lenders.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, M&A, or similar position.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong data room diligence and risk mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor development and construction activities and perform due diligence reviews and data room management.
• Maintain project financing infrastructure on Smartsheet, Egnyte, and Salesforce.
• Support transaction managers by ensuring data rooms are complete and accessible for lenders.
• Review and coordinate development and construction deliverables across teams.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews and outline mitigation strategies.
• Represent the Project Finance team on internal project discussions.
