Job summary

Conductor Power, based in Ethridge, MT, is seeking a Field Engineer to support renewable energy projects from substations to large-scale installations. You will coordinate site evaluations, inspections, and testing, ensuring safety and quality while guiding installation and commissioning activities.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree, can travel up to 100%, and bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with renewable energy projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate renewable energy construction projects via site evaluations, inspections, surveys, and QC to ensure safety and specs.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to maximize performance.
• Collaborate with PMs, Superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation including logs, reports, punch lists, and O&M files.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
