Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate degree in electrical technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical work, with a strong background in residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various positions and conditions.

Aufgaben

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure accurate and efficient work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to coordinate and execute electrical work.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical codes, technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior electricians and other team members as needed.
