Qualifications

ABET preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
3+ years Electrical Engineering experience.
2+ years renewable energy experience (Wind, Solar).
Experience with RFIs, NCRs, construction support, and design review.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Review engineering drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
Support renewable energy construction projects from design through commissioning.
Coordinate with project managers, EPC contractors, field teams, and stakeholders.
Resolve design conflicts and provide technical troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and project requirements.
Support site activities and construction execution as needed.
