Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience coordinating engineering, design, construction, or project-delivery activities.
• Ability to read and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical project documents.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and partner locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across approximately four to five projects and lead assigned design scopes.
• Coordinate design submittals, RFIs, document control, action-item logs, comment logs, and trend logs.
• Review drawings, specifications, EPC exhibits, and Basis of Design documents for alignment with project requirements.
• Identify conflicts, gaps, constructability concerns, and value-engineering opportunities; elevate issues and support resolution.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, structural, SCADA, tracker, fiber, and other design disciplines to maintain alignment across scope packages.
• Schedule and support design-review meetings; prepare agendas, document decisions, and track commitments through closure.
