Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department, leading 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Renewable Energy. You will translate strategy into concrete roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.

You will architect scalable solutions and position the new unit for rapid growth and potential spin-off, reporting directly to the department founder and collaborating with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas, with openness to relocate or remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
