EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department, driving 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Renewable Energy. You will translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps, and push rapid implementation from prototype to production.

You will work with an elite team, report directly to the department founder, and enjoy maximum ownership, autonomy, and equity upside in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
