Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking engineering graduates to join our The Woodlands, TX office in 2027. This is not a remote position and offers exposure to multiple civil engineering disciplines, with mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Analysts will work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro and GIS, developing technical skills while supporting project teams and clients across the built environment.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree by Summer 2027.
• Majors include Civil and/or Environmental Engineering; Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering; Engineering Technology.

Responsibilities

• Utilize software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Assist pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to realize clients’ visions for the built environment.
• Learn and apply federal, state, and local regulations alongside company practices.
