Qualifications

• Graduate or Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in project finance, leveraged finance, M&A or renewable energy finance and/or business development.
• Project finance modelling skills; renewable energy experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Execution mindset with initiative and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support structuring, analysis, negotiation and execution of project financing transactions with guidance from senior team members as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support capital-raising activities and evaluate financing options.
• Prepare investor and lender presentations and coordinate with stakeholders for timely closings.
• Provide analytical support for M&A activities including due diligence and capital structure optimization.
• Prepare periodic management reports for policy compliance and performance evaluation.
• Conduct special projects or ad hoc analyses to support the business.
