The Associate, Renewable Development role supports the department in developing utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects nationwide, coordinating with landowners,

Qualifications

• BS or BA from an accredited college program.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in the renewable and clean energy industry.
• Ability to travel as needed, anticipated 25% of the time.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Advance wind, solar, and energy storage project developments across the United States.
• Identify development prospects, market assessments, and initial site reconnaissance.
• Develop pricing strategies and manage resource assessment processes.
• Secure site control through leases and landowner agreements.
• Evaluate power market trends and coordinate landowner communications.
• Lead permit efforts at local, state, and/or federal levels.
• Represent Invenergy LLC with customers, landowners, and officials.
• Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities.
• Assist budgeting and scheduling for projects.
• Manage tasks within budgets and schedules.
