Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Electrical/Energy preferred).
• Economics/Finance/Business with renewable asset management experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset production, monitor KPIs, and report variances vs budget.
• Support O&M in performance analysis, curtailment, defects, and action plans.
• Assist in contract, land lease, and JV governance with Procurement and Legal.
• Monitor OPEX and provide input for budgets and forecasts.
• Support HSE, regulatory compliance, and internal reporting.
