Southern Power is seeking an Engineer/Analyst for Renewable Asset Management in the United States. This role oversees financial, operational, and strategic performance of solar and wind assets, coordinating with Finance, O&M, and Development teams to optimize profitability and reliability.

Responsibilities include contract management, performance analysis, and due diligence for acquisitions and developments, with travel to multiple facilities as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of power plant operations, project engineering, financial modeling, or asset management, preferably in renewables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Contract management experience.
• Management of multiple medium to large-scale projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion.
• Experience managing capital and O&M budgets.

Mansioni

• Oversees financial management of renewable assets by tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Optimizes asset lifecycle through upgrades, repowering, and end-of-life planning.
• Coordinates with O&M teams to ensure high availability and performance.
• Supports O&M contract development and ensures compliance with agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Produces regular performance reports and analyzes KPIs with data analytics tools.
• Engages with multiple stakeholders to align asset performance with organizational goals.
• Attends industry conferences and maintains relationships with industry peers and OEMs.
