Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking Production Operators for the Tyson RVI – Rendering facility in Harmony, NC. You will operate processing, grinding, and loadout equipment to support safe, efficient production and shipment of finished products, monitoring automated systems and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities include setting up grinding systems, adjusting controls, coordinating with receiving and loadout teams, performing QA checks, and maintaining clean, compliant work areas while following

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3 months in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• 6 months work history in past 2 years.
• Experience in manufacturing, rendering, or food processing preferred.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude; able to operate machinery and computerized controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing and grinding equipment according to production schedules.
• Monitor and adjust process controls for optimal performance.
• Set up and operate grinding systems used in production.
• Coordinate with receiving, production, and loadout teams to maintain workflow.
• Load and ship finished products; verify quantities and shipping documentation.
• Perform quality checks and support QA/HACCP programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance.
