Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees rendering process from intake to finished goods storage.
• Maintain cooker temperature, rate, and steam at peak operating levels.
• Monitor evaporation rate to meet hourly requirements.
• Control flow of material to presses and to finished goods storage.
• Monitor control panel and gauges to operate the process.
• Perform periodic preventative maintenance on equipment in the process.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area in line with safety policies.
