Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Full Time Transplant Coordinator for the Kidney/Pancreas team. Coordinate post-transplant care and facilitate clinic flow, evaluation, and patient management in an outpatient setting.

The role requires an RN license (VA or multi-state), BLS, and 2+ years of acute care experience with renal knowledge. Day shift, 8am-4:30pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.
