Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate patient care, manage nursing staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality clinical services. You will develop care plans, supervise payroll and staffing, and lead performance reviews in a dynamic hospital setting.

The role requires an RN with 2–5 years of supervisory experience and a nursing diploma or degree, with bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates patient care and personnel management.
• Maintains equipment and monitors staffing and performance.
• Develops and implements plans of care and ensures staffing budgets are met.
• Performs payroll updates, time card reconciliation, and staff communications.
