Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsabilités

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and their families on illness management and home care needs.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Uses assessments to address physical, psychosocial, emotional needs; respect cultural and population-specific needs.
• Safety-sensitive position; must work with high alertness.
