Job summary

Pentec Health is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to oversee our current business, educate clinicians on eligible patients for Pentec therapies, and increase census with a focus on outstanding customer service.

You will develop consultative relationships with dialysis unit personnel including RDs, RNs, unit managers, social workers, and nephrologists to support renal and clinical nutrition therapies. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years sales experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse with renal nutrition/dialysis experience is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in healthcare or related field.
• Valid State Driver’s license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand census in assigned territory, coordinating with internal departments.
• Increase referral growth and convert referrals to starts via client visits and communications.
• Educate nephrologists and dialysis staff about Pentec Health services and resources.
• Support expansion offerings within the Clinical Nutrition line.
