Job summary

You will educate patients and families, translate medical terminology, and participate in ongoing initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas or Compact state required.
• Completion of RN/LVN program with licensure.
• Read and write basic English to understand orders.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift.
• Document care and medications in medical records.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and ensure safe care.
