Sezzle is seeking a security-focused engineer to own the zero-trust network pillar and drive secure networking practices across Kubernetes and AWS. You will implement default-deny policies, mTLS, and automation to enforce security at scale, while maintaining live network maps and feeding flow data to SIEM.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with production-grade Kubernetes/AWS networking and strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Bash to automate security tasks.

Qualifications

• Deep Kubernetes and AWS networking expertise with production ownership.
• Coding skills in Go, Python, or Bash for security automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the zero-trust network pillar, including segmentation and identity-aware transport.
• Implement default-deny policies and mTLS across production and CDE.
• Keep a live network map and feed flow logs to SIEM.
