Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead an Enterprise Zero Trust and Post-Quantum Compute Encryption program. The role will coordinate IT, cybersecurity, HSM operations, and compliance resources, manage schedule, risk, staffing, and customer interface with VA stakeholders.

You will produce evidence from prior programs, provide monthly progress updates, and ensure contract deliverables and SLAs are met in a fast-paced government-focused environment. Remote work available.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 10+ years of federal program management experience.
• Experience managing IT programs with cryptographic infrastructure or PKI/KMS.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Experience coordinating Federal customer relationships, technical deliverables, SLAs, and milestones.
• Demonstrated record of delivering two or more comparable programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership for cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and quality.
• Develop and execute the CPMP with timelines, tools, resource plan, risk register, and communications.
• Coordinate activities across HSM, Zero Trust, PQC, and professional services.
• Lead program status reviews and maintain government stakeholder communications.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and escalation.
• Ensure monthly progress reports and contract deliverables are timely.
• Oversee staffing continuity, resources, and vendor/OEM coordination.
• Review technical/lifecycle recommendations for operational impact and compliance.
• Support training, knowledge transfer, transition-in/out activities, and PQC milestones.
