Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies in the United States seeks a Program Manager for an Enterprise Zero Trust and Post-Quantum Compute Encryption initiative. Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate cybersecurity, HSM operations, PQC, OEM, and compliance resources to deliver on schedule and within contract scope.

You will interface with VA stakeholders, manage risks, report progress monthly, and ensure SLAs and milestones are met through strong program management and leadership.

Qualifications

• BS 10+ years program management in the federal space.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT programs, preferably Federal, of comparable scope and complexity.
• Experience managing cybersecurity, cryptographic infrastructure, enterprise security operations, PKI/KMS, or related programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Experience managing Federal customer relationships, technical deliverables, schedules, risks, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• At least two prior comparable programs demonstrating role, scope managed, and measurable outcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and accountability for cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and quality.
• Develop, maintain, and execute the CPMP, including approach, timeline, tools, risk register, and communications.
• Coordinate activities across HSM sustainment, Zero Trust, PQC modernization, and professional services.
• Lead program status reviews and maintain communication with Government PM, COR, ISSO, and stakeholders.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, corrective actions, and escalation.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly progress reports and other contract deliverables.
• Oversee staffing continuity, resource allocation, surge requirements, and subcontractor/OEM coordination.
• Review technical and lifecycle recommendations for operational impact, schedule, risk, and contract compliance.
• Support annual HSM/PQC training, knowledge transfer, transition-in, and transition-out activities.
• Ensure performance against contractual SLAs and metrics, including HSM availability, hardware response, patching, PQC milestones, and deliverable timeliness.
