Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Zero Trust Lead/Information Engineer to support the Development Finance Corporation team. The role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on Zero Trust posture management across Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Aruba ClearPass, with policy lifecycle aligned to OMB M-22-09 and CISA ZTMM 2.0.

The candidate will coordinate ServiceNow-driven Incident, Change, and CMDB integration and bring extensive experience in information engineering, security certifications, and public

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information engineering or related field with 12+ years experience.
• Experience operating ServiceNow GRC, eMASS, ACAS, Tenable, and Splunk; Zero Trust leadership per NISTs guidance.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP or GIAC.

Responsibilities

• Owns Zero Trust posture across Palo Alto, Zscaler, and Aruba ClearPass.
• Manages segmentation roadmap and Conditional Access policy lifecycle per M-22-09 and ZTMM 2.0.
• Coordinates ServiceNow-driven Incident, Change, and CMDB integration.
