MindCare Solutions is seeking a compassionate LCSW or LCMHC to provide behavioral health services to youth with complex emotional and developmental needs at our on-site location in Pleasant Hills, NC. This part-time role supports crisis intervention and family collaboration while delivering evidence-based therapy.

The ideal candidate holds an active NC license, a relevant master's degree, and experience in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.

Competenze

• Active LCSW or LCMHC license in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience with assessment, treatment planning, individual/family therapy, and crisis intervention.

Mansioni

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on youth needs.
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate therapies.
• Monitor youth progress, treatment outcomes and clinical presentation changes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support youth experiencing acute challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, case managers, educators, caregivers, and the treatment team.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress, and recommendations with youth and families.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with community providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Advocate for youth behavioral health needs and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
