Job summary

Medicalincs LLC is seeking a compassionate Therapist to support the emotional health of children and adolescents in school and community settings. You will provide individual and group services in-person and remotely, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, is licensed as a school therapist, and brings experience with evidence-based interventions such as CBT and MATCH-ADTC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Licensed or certified as a school therapist in the state of employment.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of child development and evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in-person and remotely.
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments to identify emotional and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals.
• Deliver workshops and training on mental health issues.
• Maintain confidential records of sessions and progress.
• Advocate for students' mental health needs within the community.
• Develop preventive programs to promote mental health awareness.
