Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field is mandatory.
• Master's degree and coaching certification are preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working with youth in group settings; strong communication skills; Zoom and Google Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging online group sessions for youth ages 4-16.
• Deliver educational activities and games that foster social, emotional, and educational growth.
• Build positive relationships and create an inclusive space.
• Encourage active participation and facilitate group discussions.
