Job summary

tapouts seeks experienced SEL coaches to lead live online group sessions for youth aged 4-16. You will create a fun, safe virtual space that supports self-awareness and emotional regulation while engaging participants in interactive activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred), SEL or mental-health certifications are valued, and 5+ years designing remote group programs for children. Remote, part-time contractor role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Certification in SEL or mental health is strongly preferred
• 5+ years' experience designing or leading structured group sessions for children

Responsibilities

• Lead live online SEL group sessions for youth ages 4-16
• Deliver structured SEL activities and games to build self-awareness and emotional regulation
• Build positive relationships and foster an inclusive, emotionally safe group space
• Manage group dynamics and respond calmly to disruptions
• Monitor and assess individual and group progress
