Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required to apply; psychology, education, kinesiology, social work, sports science, or related field is a plus.
• 0 to 2 years of experience is exactly what we’re looking for; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Location is remote (U.S. only).

Responsibilities

• Confidence & Resilience Coaching: help students build practical skills for handling performance pressure and peer dynamics.
• Partner with coaches and guides: share observations with adults while respecting student privacy.
• Parent communication: keep parents informed on engagement, progress, and goals.
• Tech platform support: help students navigate the TSA learning platform.
• Small-group workshops: lead sessions on topics like bouncing back from loss and time management.
