Job summary

Peer Health Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator to support the Community Partnerships Team across 16 states, developing and implementing a Youth Mental Health Corp Leadership Fellows Program.

The role reports to the Director of School-Based Programs and focuses on training, mentoring, and equity-centered youth mental health initiatives. The position is full-time, remote with light domestic travel, and requires a passion for building healthier communities through youth

Qualifications

2 years of experience implementing programs and increasing community mental health awareness.
Willing and able to work remotely.
Attentive to detail and efficient in the management of diverse tasks.
Ability to virtually facilitate to a large group of individuals.

Responsibilities

Design and host monthly virtualspaces to foster supportive relationships and celebrate successes.
Utilize LMS/digital platforms for training and development resources.
Provide training on near-peer mentoring and youth mental health education.
Create monthly feedback mechanisms for Youth Mental Health Corp (YMHC).
Build relationships and conduct in-person visits with AmeriCorps programs and hosts.
