Job summary

HealthCorps in Philadelphia is seeking a Regional Program Coordinator to deliver health education across 15–25 school sites. The role is part-time, hourly, and remote with travel within the Philadelphia area.

The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to engage with diverse schools, partners, and mentors. The coordinator recruits and supports near-peer mentors, coordinates schedules and logistics, and prepares reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree or related experience acceptable.
• Experience mentoring youth and coordinating programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with diverse groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 miles; remote work with site visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate near-peer mentors recruitment, onboarding, and oversight.
• Plan health-promoting events, lessons, and community activities.
• Prepare stakeholder reports and manage program communications.
• Collaborate with universities, schools, and community partners.
