Peer Health Exchange is seeking a Mental Health Coordinator to support the Youth Mental Health Corp across 16 states and to design, develop, and implement a Leadership Fellows Program. This is a full‑time, remote position reporting to the Director of School‑Based Programs, with light domestic travel.

You will create monthly virtual spaces, use LMS for training, provide coaching on near‑peer mentoring and youth advocacy, and build relationships with AmeriCorps partners while tracking attendance

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience implementing programs and increasing community mental health awareness.
• Willing and able to work remotely.
• Attentive to detail and efficient in managing diverse tasks.
• Ability to facilitate virtually for large groups.
• Strong alignment with PHE’s mission and values.

• Create a collective experience for the Youth Mental Health Corp across 16 states.
• Design and host monthly virtual spaces to foster supportive relationships and celebrate successes.
• Utilize LMS for synchronous and asynchronous training and professional development resources.
• Provide training and coaching on near‑peer mentoring, mental health education skills, and youth advocacy.
• Provide access to mental health supports and resources.
• Create monthly feedback mechanisms for YMHC to voice needs and thoughts.
• Build relationships and conduct in‑person visits with AmeriCorps programs, host sites, and members.
• Track member attendance data and exit surveys.
• Co‑design leadership curriculum and develop the Youth Mental Health Corp Leadership Fellows Program.
• Lead fellowship meetings and manage exit survey data.
