Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll, payroll tax, or related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Clear, professional client communication by phone and video.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 100+ clients' year-end W-2 and 1099 filings to meet deadlines.
• Schedule and lead virtual client appointments to collect data.
• Serve as a point of contact for high-profile clients by phone and video.
• Partner with the tax team to pull, print, and file year-end documents.
• Coordinate with the print vendor to move client tax documents through production.
• Document processes and project status accurately and on time.
