Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Yardi Technical Analyst to support Yardi Voyager and RentCafé across our portfolio of affordable senior housing. This remote role works from home in the Eastern or Central US Time Zone, collaborating with the Application Manager Yardi and cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years hands-on Yardi experience (7S or newer) and strong SQL/reporting skills. Familiarity with HUD/LIHTC workflows and YSR reports is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Yardi Voyager (7S or newer) and RentCafé experience in a technical or support role within Affordable Housing.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and report development.
• Experience with Yardi ETL processes and system integrations.
• Knowledge of RentCafe and Yardi modules (HUD/LIHTC workflows).
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good communication and high EQ; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Yardi Voyager and RentCafé systems, including property setup, user roles, and security.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Yardi users and manage helpdesk tickets.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity across Yardi modules (HUD/LIHTC).
• Support integrations between Yardi and other systems using SQL, Yardi ETL, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using YSR, SQL, and other reporting tools.
• Assist with testing and deployment of Yardi upgrades and patches.
• Document processes, configurations, and data flows for internal controls and audits.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and user adoption training.
• Contributes to policy creation and problem-solving.
