Job summary

Rialtes Technologies in India/Remote is seeking a Yardi Developer to build, enhance, and support property management and real estate operations. Qualifications

• Hands-on development and support with Yardi Voyager.

• Experience with Yardi custom reporting, including Yardi SQL reports and YSR.
• Understanding of property management processes and real estate accounting.
• Experience with interfaces, data imports/exports, and integration troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
• Build and support integrations between Yardi and external applications using supported interfaces, APIs, and file exchanges.

• Troubleshoot application, reporting, integration, and data issues.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system upgrades.
• Work with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements and prepare technical specifications.
• Perform testing, support UAT, and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow Yardi-supported development practices and established change controls.
