Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Yacht Senior Private Client Advisor to support a high-volume book of Private Pleasure Yachts clients. You will provide proactive day-to-day service, gather client needs, and propose coverage solutions while negotiating with carriers to ensure compliant, comprehensive options.

Ideal candidates have yacht/marine insurance experience, P&C licensing, and strong client-facing skills including confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience with High Net Worth clientele.
• P&C license is required or in progress.
• Strong client-facing skills with confidentiality and professional communication.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-volume book of Private Yacht clients; deliver proactive service.
• Gather client information and propose coverage solutions with carriers.
• Negotiate with carriers to provide comprehensive options within regulations.
• Develop new business through referrals and expand existing client programs.
• Maintain accurate account information in the agency management system.
