Mission Underwriting Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Marine Underwriter to develop and maintain a profitable marine risk book, focusing on pricing, terms, and risk selection for high‑value yachts and commercial fleets. You will analyze applications, assess loss history, and provide expert guidance to brokers, clients, and junior underwriters to ensure consistent underwriting standards.

This is a remote position with planned in-office activities 2–4 times annually.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of marine underwriting experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a profitable marine book within targets.
• Assess risk, underwriting policies, and pricing for clients and brokers.
• Mentor junior underwriters and enforce underwriting guidelines.
