Qualifications

• Florida licensed yacht broker or salesperson license.
• Boating experience and genuine comfort around boats.
• Self-motivated with ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Direct, straightforward communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and close boat transactions.
• Leverage inbound leads and CRM to manage follow-ups and showings.
• Work from the Tarpon Springs office or remotely to support clients.
