Qualifications

HYN Marine is hiring yacht brokers who want more freedom, better pay, and less time chasing leads by hand, giving you more time to spend cultivating relationships on the water with your clients, where you excel.

HYN stands for Hutchinson Yacht Network, and the network part is the point. Brokerage, new boat sales, mobile service, upgrades, parts sourcing, and charter placement all live under one roof. When your client needs a Power-Pole, a Rhodan, a lithium upgrade, a new YOT power catamaran, a Granocean, a Bali catamaran, or a place to put their boat to work in a charter fleet, you have an answer in house instead of a referral out the door.
