Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with ECM and SAP SuccessFactors is required.

Responsibilities

• Design integrations between OpenText Extended ECM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure ECM to support HR workflows and document management.
• Optimize modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning.
• Map metadata and ensure HR data aligns with content repositories.
• Ensure GDPR, HIPAA, EEOC compliance through retention and security controls.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and deliver enhancements.
• Lead or support projects using SAP Activate or Agile.
• Conduct workshops and train HR/IT stakeholders.
• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
