Responsibilities

• Fully understand the project scope by studying docs, meetings, and site visits.
• Collect plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Determine cost variables and research labor/material costs.
• Gather bids and negotiate with providers for best prices.
• Create and submit estimates to project managers.
• Budget and forecast using appropriate software.

• Determine the key variables for cost and conduct research to determine expected labor and materials costs
• Gather bids and negotiate with service providers to secure the best possible prices
• Create and submit estimates to project managers
• Budget and forecast using appropriate software

• Previous experience as an Estimator is preferred
