Job summary

USA Group, Inc. is seeking an Estimator to develop responsive estimates for residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, create accurate floor plans in Xactimate, apply building codes, and manage budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion.

The role emphasizes strong client communication, attention to detail and proactive problem solving. Local travel and after-hours coordination may be required as part of project support.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with clients and team.
• Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with strong teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain local clientele, primarily insurance adjusters.
• Create accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch.
• Know and apply relevant building codes to estimates.
• Develop budgets and address overages; manage estimates to completion.
• Use client naming conventions for estimates, proposals, and change orders.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as needed (board-ups, water/fire damage).
• Maintain construction schedule and coordinate with trades to meet deadlines.
